All purchased items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item received has a defect or damage from our side.
To ensure a smooth verification process, customers are required to record an unboxing video before opening the parcel.
This video will serve as proof in the event of any defect or damage and is mandatory for any refund or exchange request (if applicable).
⚠️ Any request without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
Return & Exchange Terms
- All return or exchange requests must be made within 48 HOURS after receiving the item.
- Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all tags still attached.
- Exchanges are only allowed for the same item, color, and size, subject to stock availability.
- Refunds are not provided, except in special cases approved by ARALINMY.
- All Sale and Defective Sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
- We are not responsible for any purchases made through scammers or third-party sellers.
- Customers must contact our sales team first before proceeding with any return or exchange.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all claims.
Items NOT Eligible for Return / Exchange
- Damage caused by customer (tear, stain, odor, wrinkle, cigarette/perfume smell)
- Items that have been washed, ironed, or altered (shortened/hemmed)
- Items with makeup, food, ink, or other stains
- Defects caused by customer mishandling
- Items without invoice or purchase receipt
- Kindly note that any requests made after 48 hours from the date the item is received will not be entertained.
- Items with removed price tags or labels
